The Centre is 22
km from the city of Hyderabad, on the Nagarjuna Sagar Road.
On the first day of every
course there is a VIMC bus service from the city office (Gandhi Darshan
building, inside exhibition grounds, Nampally) to the center at 9 AM
for outstation students and 11 AM, 1 PM and 3 PM for local students.
Every Sunday the VIMC bus leaves for the centre from Emerald house
S.D. Road, Secunderabad at 8 AM and Gandhi Gyan Mandir, Koti at 8.15
AM.
If you are arriving by train it would be more convenient to get off
at Nampally Railway Station or Kachiguda Railway Station.
You can go by Bus, Taxi or Auto-rickshaw to the centre
If you are
attending a course please contact the registrar for detailed directions
to the Centre.
Directions by Bus:
Board any bus which goes
towards Ibrahimpatnam, get down at Gurramguda Bus stop. Walk 300 mtrs
ahead (there will be a Vipassana sign board), turn left and 1km down
the road
you will find the Centre.
From Nampally and Kachiguda
Railway Stations you can take a bus to Nalgonda X Roads and from there
take bus no. 277 or any other bus which goes towards Ibrahimpatnam.
From Imblibun (Gandhi
Bus stop) or Koti, bus no. 277 leaves every half an hour.
From Secunderabad Railway
Station bus no. 277/90 leaves every half an hour.
