It is compulsory to bring following documents when you come for the course.
1) Printout of your 2 pages application on a single Page - Front and Back. (See the attachment in your confirmation email) If email is not in inbox, check other folders in your email account
2) one Passport size photo
3) Original Aadhar Card or any other id proof
4) One photocopy(xerox) of aadhar card or id proof
5) Declaration form (Click below link and download the document for declaration form)
6) Vaccination certificate
7) RT -PCR test report (test should be conducted 48 hours before coming to the course)

Arrival Time: Please arrive on the starting day before 1:00 p.m. Refer to the confirmation email for the date. Do not arrive on the previous day. If you are unable to reach before 3.00 pm, please take prior confirmation by email, failing which your confirmation may be cancelled.
Depature Time: You are expected to stay until the course finishes at approximately 5:00 pm. Refer to the confirmation email for the ending date. Please make sure your return travel plans are in place before arriving at the center, you will not have access to your cell phone until after the course is completed.

Please note the following:
1. Due to Covid19 situation you are asked to bring your own mouth masks, hand soap and two sets of white cloth to spread on your meditation seat and meditation blanket. In the meditation and dining halls the windows will be open most of the time to allow a good ventilation, therefore it is advisable to bring sufficient warm clothing and shawls for meditation. All participants should wear a mouth mask when arriving at the centre
2. For the foreseeable future, during the pandemic, we are requiring all students and servers who are coming to the center to travel via private transportation (e.g. their own car, or a ride from a member of their household). We realize the challenge this may cause for some, however we feel it a necessary precaution to keep the Center and those coming to it safe.
3. Anyone exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 during the course will be asked to return home. Prior to the course beginning, travel plans need to be in place for this eventuality
What to Bring during COVID

- Arogya Setu should be downloaded on the student’s mobile phone before entering the centre.
- I will follow the eight precepts and will not need any flexibility. Those who cannot follow eight Precepts should wait for regular courses to start.
- Person dropping the students at Dhamma Khetta, will not be allowed to enter the centre.
- No visitors/friends/family members will be allowed to meet the student on the Metta day.
Requirement and Precautions to be taken during the course

Please note that you will be requested to deposit following items with management during the course. We will return you the same on the last day of the course –
CLOTHING: Must observe the rule for modest dress as outlined in the Code of Discipline. We request both men and women to refrain from wearing shorts, sleeveless tops and transparent, tight or revealing clothes during the course. Also, please do not bring perfumes or scented shaving lotions to the course, as its use may disturb other fellow students during group meditation.

What to Bring during COVID

- Your own bed sheet(s), blanket/dohar/quilt, pillow case(s), shawl/Stoll, Towel, Napkin(s), personal toiletries, washing soap, Hand soap, etc.
- Get multiple personal handkerchief
- Get multiple Face Masks
- Enough clothes for the whole course as no laundry service will be available
- Water bottle.
- Personal alarm clock
- Personal Sanitizer bottle if required. In all the common areas, foot operated sanitizers will be available.
- We recommend you to bring your own Vaporiser/Steamer
- If you prefer your personal Face Shield
- Personal medicines
- Torch/Flash light
- Lock
- If any medical condition, get a Doctor’s certificate even if you have common cold.
- Umbrella/Raincoat
- We will not be providing transportation. So make the necessary arrangements

Requirement and Precautions to be taken during the course

- Temperature will be checked at the time of entry and before start of the course.
- Temperature will also be measured every day during lunch time before entering the dining hall.
- All the rooms, Dhamma Hall, etc. will be sanitized before the course starts.
- Dining area and the common washrooms will be sanitized daily.
- Maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet at all times.
- Be patient. Never over crowd near the Dhamma Hall, Pagoda, common washrooms and dining hall.
- Wash hands frequently and for 20 Seconds.
- Foot operated sanitizer will be available near all the common areas like Dhamma Hall, Dining Hall, Pagoda etc.
- Do not share items
- Even when occasional coughing or sneezing, use handkerchief or inside of your upper elbow. Never use your palms.
- If a student is found coughing or sneezing or has temperature, the student will be asked to leave the course and go home.
- Once you use any extra cushions, keep it with you till the end of the course. Do not exchange cushions. Same applies for any items taken from the centre.
- Student will be assigned a seat with their room number in the dining area. The same seat has to be used for the entire course.
- Student will be given their own set of utensils which they will wash and use it for the entire course.
- Student will be served unlimited food, but no self-service.
- Use your own glass or bottle to drink water.
Please note that you will be requested to deposit following items with management during the course. We will return you the same on the last day of the course –
- Mobile phones, Laptops, or other personal electronic devices
- Reading/writing material, musical instruments
- Personal food items, tobacco in any form, non-prescribed drugs
- Scented toiletries or perfumes, religious or spiritual objects
- Jewelry or other unnecessary valuables
